Richard has a long-standing history of working in coastal environments, where homes face a very different set of challenges than they do inland. Wind, salt air, humidity, sun exposure, storm conditions, and water intrusion all take a toll on windows, doors, roofing, siding, decks, trim, and the overall exterior envelope of a home.
